Main Office
As we have already said, the Main Office will now be open to visitors, deliveries, etc., from 9.30 am to 1 pm Monday through Friday.
However, it is manned by volunteers, so there will be occasions, particularly this month when this will not be possible. One of those occasions is this week when the office will not be open today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday). We apologise for the short notice.
Notwithstanding what we have said above, for the rest of August, starting next week, the office will not be open on Thursdays.
Hopefully, this will allow us to provide a four-day-a-week service for the rest of the month. We will review this again at the beginning of September when we can revert to the five-day-a-week service.
Any messages left on the office telephone when the office is closed will be responded to as soon as possible.
Shop
The issues above equally apply to the on-line shop.
Whilst we will endeavour to despatch items as quickly as we can, orders will be despatched at the latest within 5 working days of receipt of order.
Additionally, any orders for local pick-up should allow 2 working days, and this includes orders intended to be collected on match days.
We hope supporters are not inconvenienced by the above measures and we will always look to respond to any urgent issues as quickly as we can.
