Salisbury FC are delighted to sign Evander Grubb, a young wide player, who began his career in the youth set up at Huddersfield Town, subject to FA approval.

Grubb, 20, is another young player with experience at this level, having played 16 times in the National League while at Taunton during the 2023/24 season.

He spent most of last season at Briston Manor Farm, a team he played for before joining Huddersfield Town, setting a record when becoming their youngest ever FA Cup goal scorer at the age of 16 years and 54 days old.

The wide man has also spent time with Bristol Rovers Youth, Newport (Wales) and Tiverton during his career.

Brian Dutton said, “We’ve been monitoring Grubby for a while, and we’re delighted to bring him to the Ray Mac.

He came and trained with us last season and impressed, and to his credit, he’s come back in for pre-season and shown his commitment to earn a contract and push for his place in the first team. We’re really excited to see what he can deliver.”
