The club is considering holding a car boot sale on the 1st Sunday of each month at the Ray Mac starting in August on 1st August. However, for this to be a viable and sustainable venture we need to have sufficient staff, preferably volunteers, to provide stewarding and also refreshments via one of our tea huts. A minimum of 6 people would be needed for each event. The ideal would be to have a pool of people to roster so the commitment would not be every month albeit it would only be once a month anyway.
The car boot would be from 8 am to 1 pm with sellers arriving from 7.30 am. Volunteers would need to arrive for 7.30 am and expect to be finished no later than 1.30 pm.
