Dave's Stat Alert - 150 up for Elliot

Congratulations are due to Whites’ defender Elliot Wheeler who made his 150th appearance for the club in Saturday’s fixture with Metropolitan Police.

Elliot joined the club during our first season, making his debut in a 2-1 Wessex League victory at Verwood Town on 27 February 2016. A mark of his consistency is that his 150 appearances have been made from a possible 164 matches in his time with the club, with the majority of games he’s missed being in the local cup competitions.

He pips the unlucky George Colson to this milestone, George suffering the leg injury that currently keeps him sidelined in his 149th game for the Whites.

Elliot becomes the second player to reach 150 appearances for the club, following Tom Whelan who reached the same figure in September at Walton Casuals.
