Salisbury will make the short trip to Farnborough this Saturday as they look to build upon their victory against Hemel Hempstead last week.

The Whites will be full of confidence after a 1-0 win against opposition that sit in the playoff spots.

A valiant defensive display encapsulated the afternoon with standout performances across the backline as well as a powerful match-winner into the top corner by Noah Coppin to seal all three points.

Unlike Hemel Hempstead, Farnborough sit just above the drop zone on 21 points.

The Yellows will be eager to narrow the gap between themselves and Salisbury, as both teams are only separated by three points.

Recent results however suggest an up-tick in form for the Boro, picking up two draws away from home against current relegation rivals Chippenham Town and playoff-chasing Ebbsfleet, as well as a win against AFC Totton; their first since early November in all competitions.

Brian Dutton’s side will try to improve their already impressive head-to-head record against tomorrow’s opponents to four games unbeaten, which includes a 1-0 victory at the Ray Mac back in October.

With both sides enduring a difficult start to the season thus far, they come into this fixture in some of their best form, making this a must-win to get their respective campaigns back on track.
