As previously advised the club will be introducing a ticket office to replace payment at the turnstiles. The ticket office will take payments by cash or card. The aim would be to introduce it over a short period so that any issues can be identified and resolved before full implementation. During this period there will be one turnstile at both the home and away ends that will be able to take cash or card. Although we initially intended to start this trial phase on 1 November the full trial will now start on 22 November for the game against Chelmsford.

In the mean-time the ticket office will be open tonight and on Saturday as an initial informal trial and the club would welcome some supporters using it to give us and them some first-hand experience of manning/using the ticket office.

As we have said before the quickest and easiest way to gain entry to the stadium is to buy tickets on-line with seated (Stand) tickets purchased in advance of match days either online or by card through the office. We are aware that mobile phone data signals in Old Sarum can be erratic so supporters are encouraged to screen shot their tickets before arriving at the stadium. Work is also in hand to expand our broadband capacity which will mitigate the data signal issue and provide better WiFi coverage in the stadium for supporters.
